Aurora Mount System Mount Options AMS-TEE (Dual mount) The TEE unit is sure to inspire creativity by taking every mounting option on this page and doubling the possibilities maximizing your creative effort… A simple tool that yields powerful results. It allows you to put the fixtures where you need them with out the clutter of redundant hardware. This exciting new product from Auroralight is built to withstand the harshest most punishing environments imaginable, and so is in good company with any of the 3 SL series spot light fixtures.       AMS-EX3 (3" Extension) The EX3 3" extension is a fixed length adapter that is so useful in the landscape you will wonder how you got along without it in the past. When used on a G/S ground stake it will raise the fixture to the perfect height even in thick ground cover (for shrub cover use telescopic riser). Also useful as a stand off when wall mounting, can be connected to each other for 6" total.     AMS-1/2 (Universal mount) The 1/2” mount will allow the installer to retro-fit any one of our fixtures into any conventional mounting scenario that may pop up, also allows you to mount one of our fixtures onto a favorite mounting device of another manufacturer delivering true cross platform compatibility. The 1/2” mount is also useful when installing a SL series fixture onto a bell box for 120v applications   AMS-T/M (Trellis mount) The T/M is machined entirely from solid brass and is just 1½” in diameter, it is the smallest SL mount available, designed for installation onto structure as small as a 2”x2”; common in many residential trellis applications. The T/M will require that the wire connection take place at a remote location within 12” adjacent to the fixture location (i.e.: hidden on top of the 2”x). Shipped complete w/stainless-steel mounting hardware.       AMS-S/B (Splice box) Separate solid brass mounting plate attaches to a surface with 2 screws. The 2 1/2” diameter box is then secured to the plate with set screws, and sealed with an O-ring. Electrical splice is hidden inside the box for a neat, clean installation. Shipped complete with wire connectors and stainless-steel fasteners.     AMS-4/0 (Mountplate) The 4/0 mount plate offers a mounting solution machined entirely from solid brass and copper. The domed cover allows for the connection to be hidden underneath the plate when used on flat walls. Mount surface should measure 4” plus in the smallest dimension. * 4”x4” wood post is only 3 1/2” mount surface must be min 4”. Shipped complete with stainless-steel fasteners.   AMS-J/B (J-Box mountplate) The J/B mount plate is designed to fit all of our SL series spot lights and offers a mounting solution machined entirely from solid brass and copper. Designed to fit all standard 3” and 4” round or single gang square boxes that are recessed into walls of other flat surfaces. Ships complete with mounting hardware and heavy duty EPDM rubber gasket.   AMS-T/S (Tree Strap System) The AMS-TS is the perfect solution for moutning our SL series luminaires into tree canopies. For protection of valuable specimen tees, the TS is totally passive. Machined from solid brass for durability, contact with the host tree is buffered via a PVC foot. A UV stabilized EPDM rubber or pure, clear silicone strap firmly holds the luminaire, while the highly elastic material allows for uninhibited tree growth. Patented design allows the strap to be cut to length on site, accommodating from 2" to 18" caliper branches. For larger branches or trunks, fixtures may be connected in series spot lights. Specify size 36" or 22", and color Black or Clear.   AMS-G/S (Ground stake) The G/S mount is the most common of all the mount options and is a time proven design. Using an ABS spike and a heavy cap machined from solid brass bar; the G/S is functional, versatile, cost effective and indestructible.     AMS-TR (Trident spike) The Trident Spike stabilizes luminaires in loose soil with its 4” diameter plate and three 12” spikes. Stainless steel construction with machined brass AMS nipple.       AMS-P/S (Power stake) The AMS(tm) Power Stake provides for line voltage feed to low voltage luminaires. Integral 60W electronic transformer within machined brass enclosure, gasketed with a high temp silicone O-ring. Durable PVC stake accommodates three 3/4” or four 1/2” conduits. Any Auroralight SL series Spot Light will securely attach to included AMS(tm) nipple.     AMS-5X10 (Telescopic risers) AMS-7X14 AMS-9X18 AMS-11X22 The telescopic riser from Auroralight takes quality to a new height! Designed for use exclusively with our SL series spotlights. Designers and installers now have a quality solution for maturing landscapes that are overtaking luminaires, hindering performance. A quick solution to an existing problem or a proactive application allowing for future growth in the landscape. Unique design allows for 100% extension of original height. Specify size 5x10",7x14",(pictured) 9x18", or 100x22". Custom sizes available, consult factory.
